The following feedback from a student shows how flexible we are. This student already spoke flurently Spanish and was looking for a volunteer opportunity. |

I new about Sintaxis from the South American Explores Clubhouse in Quito. I did not contact them for doing a Spanish course as I am a native speaking. I wanted to do volunteering and Enrique, owner of the school gave like 3 options where I could go for work. He contacted me immedately after I wrote him an e/mail and then I start my volunteer work for about a month which was really very nice and I made a lot of new friends not only in the foundation where I volunteered but also in the Spanish school which is a really great school because they invited me for dinner (cooking lessons) with all the students that made a course there. It is like a family and every weekend they make excursion to somewhere around Quito, like going to the Cotopaxi or do a Spanish week in another city between nice mountain sourroundings. For students it is the best way to learn having fun and beeing with nice and friendly people that you get really close to and you feel like coming home. After all I found the idea that you also are able to do the volunteer job very very good because so you really get the country and people (problems) to know. You can actually use your spanish and help people that do not have the luck to go on travelling like we do. I think its all. The teachers are really nice and friendly and the students could talk very good spanish when I talked to them … so, I higly recommended Sintaxis to everybody :-) smile. |
